“I’ve worked on being a complete 200-foot player”: Quentin Musty redefining what it means to be a modern power forward

When Quentin Musty was playing for the North Jersey Avalanche, he was 6-foot-2, 181 pounds. That was back in 2020-21. This is a very good team that helps young players make the transition to major junior hockey or NCAA play.

“That was a great experience. They have a really good setup there. The guys that billet. There are usually six or seven from out of state. They get their own private billet house and they all live together and they have a private rink there,” Musty told EP Rinkside. “You live with those guys and they become brothers. You further your hockey skills and meet some great people.”

Musty really enjoys playing with the OHL’s Sudbury Wolves these days and believes they’re on the right track.
